Cannot be done. There is a FAT conflict, since M$ created an new version of a FAT system (I guess you all call it FATX, which is technicaly wrong but anyway).

The best way to ghost would be just to FTP between the two.

Don't have to use fxp (can you even use fxp on xbox?) or xbftp.... Do what ever is easiest... the point is that there is currently no ghost for Xbox.

Ok you have a couple of good points, blueinfinity. I do know that no matter what program you use to FTP it'll still take a lot of time for larger amounts of data. And it is not reliable. Unoftunatlly I myself experienced some of its faults (data got lost, files were currupted, and my USB backup got messed up). And yes, in theory a "Xbox Boot Disc" with a Norton like ghost program on it should work. Only problem is beable to make a boot disc that reconizes both your standard FAT (or other file system) and the Xbox's "FATX". Then you would have to make a ghost program that reconizes the "FATX" since Norton's will not.

If it got done it would very high in demand. Now that I think about it I might just start on such a project to see if it can be done.

DOS uses the standard FAT. Either way you got to have both.

FYI,

The ability to 'clone' one xbox to another is supposedly going to be added to nexgen whenever it may happen to get completed.

3 hours is nothing. It took me 12 hours to transfer from xbox -> hard drive -> xbox.
