Cd Will Not Boot Up Linux Iso

When I restart comp, unplug all hard drives and have the linux.iso on a disc, my comp starts to read disc and then says Disk boot failure, insert system disc and press enter. I tried also on my cousins comp and his daid the same thing. We both have xp pro and i donno if that would make a difference. Im almost 100% that i created the iso properly. Please help!!

Change your bios to look for the cdrom in its boot sequence..
