I am wanting to connect VIA FTP to my Xbox I have everything connected up to my xbox like it says in the tutorial. How do I access my Xbox from my computer to delete games off the hdd? Is there a program needed to be downloaded?

you can delete files from your xbox using a prog called xplorer and you don't have to ftp at all but I do recomend you getting the ftp to work since there is alot more you can do.
I went through all the tutorials on xbox-scene trying to use all the progs that everyone recomends and not one of them would work for me so I ended up going through explorer on my computer to access it and it worked the first time for me.

Alot of people are against just using explorer to ftp to your box but if all else fails I say give it a try beerchug.gif

I bought this box off of someone else that modded where do I get the explorer download to access the hdd

Im using UltraFXP (free edition) to acces my xbox.

sure yer using the righ t IP?

You have to connect to your xbox via its ip, lets say you have a router and your computer is plugged in the first port then your computers ip is: 192.162.01(but only on your LAN, you have another IP in the "real world" ^^) and lets say you have your Xbox connected to port 2, then it would be : 192.162.0.2 (the last number changes as port number.) connect to that ip, and the problem would be over..

Thats how i do it. im sorry if i put incorrect data here, im from europe, dont know if things is different in America..

make sure you turn your firewall off when you are trying to ftp to your xbox
