hello,
What Chip Do I Have? This is the picture I have taken whan I open Xbox
the only txt I have found on chip was:

10VC
A028AC2


please, help me!

How long have you had that chip?

With all those wires it seems to be a 29-wire cheapmod (one of the very first chips)

take a picture of the chip... n ot the entire board and your hands, i can't freaking see the thing

It is a 29-wire cheapmod and one of the oldest chips around wink.gif , a few people still use them. I have no idea why though, because the new chips have either a pinheader or only 7-9 wires, and are much easier to install.

I do believe you would have to desolder all of those wires of at least clip them at the points.

you cna flash the tSOp rpetty easy, solder the 2 spots to write enable it, load slayers, clip a few wires and flash away
