Up for sale is 1 Thompson DVD drive from a launch Xbox. It is from my personal Xbox and has been babied the entire time I have had it. I ran out of room on my 200 gig HD in my Xbox so I upgraded to a brand new Samsung for the DVD-R compatibility. It is $39 shipped UPS in the lower 48.

Oh it is. I never really played that many games on my Xbox before I modded it. Once I modded it I played a lot of games on my Xbox but they were all played off the HD. So this thing has very few actual spinning hours on it.

When I get home I will check.

If I had to guess I would say some time in 2001 since that is when the Xbox was released in the US and I bought it the day it came out.

Sorry but I could not live with myself if I sold a drive that is pristine like this for that low.

I guess I will justy have a perfect Thompson as a backup drive.
