Brake Fluid (jewel Clearing)

Ive heard of people using this method... DO NOT TRY..... about 50% of the time.... when exposed to the fluid it will literally crack the jewel in half. Just sharing some advice.

also ive heard of ppl usin goof off, 2 out of the 2 times im tried it, ate up the plastice and craked it 2, and 1 tiem 3. i recomened sanding, or rubbing acohol

i soaked mine in alochol and it chewed mine up pretty bad..but i seriously doubt i'd try brake fluid....i recommend brasso!!

I did half of mine with brake fluid and a cotton bud, took me an hour and a half just to do half of it so i moved to nail pilish remover (with no acetone?) and it did it much quicker (not recomended though).

I sprayed a shitload of oven cleaner over the back of the jewel to the point that a made a small puddle that the jewel sat in. It didn't harm the jewel at all, and removed everything perfectly. (Even the lettering, but I wanted that removed)
