Well. The movie speaks for it self.
Lokk at the movie, pay attention to the slowmo scenes, abd count have many bullets it takes to destory a Katana. If you don se it, the bullets are being split byt the sword.
What do you think?

thats one fucking sharp sword

although, physics and the heat of the slug and all that come into play greatly

Yes, but i dont think a sword you buy att the local hobby-shop could do that.
It would brake instantly. It would never hold 7 bullets biggrin.gif
Imagine the power from the machine gun. Look att the brick wall.

Yeah, and you have to consider, that gun has to be towed by a truck

would have been more of a fair fight had it been a hand held automatic (ak47?) vs katana

It would be very har do hit the sword with an ak-47. They are not very accurate.
