Is it possible to run dual Dashboard? My current dashboard is UnleashX, But for some reason, the patched default.xbe for Halo couldnt work, xbox stop responding during loading. So I am thinking of using Evolution when playing Game! blink.gif

Yeah it's possible... Just use the file manager to select the other dashboard.

Or maybe you can set your mod chip and bioses to select the dashboard you want depending on what button is pressed on the front of the xbox. (I can do that with my smartxx, I'm not sure if other chips allow that. But then I edited the M8+ bios with EVtool to look for a different dashboard first)

You set Xselect as your default "dash" and then it boots up and then you can set certain keys (X, Y, A, cool.gif to boot your diff dashes. You can get in from the usual places. And I am not really sure what you mean but Xselect is all you should need to boot diff dashes. smile.gif

Why dont you use UnleashX's quicklaunch system, assign apps and dashboards to A B Y X white/black, then hold one of these on bootup.

Yeah, just put it somewhere and make all EvoX folders relative to it. Example, I keep mine as c:\olddashes\evoxdash.xbe and in the olddashes folder I also keep the evox.ini, skins, and trainers folder. Works like a charm with Unleash's quicklaunch if I want to use a trainer smile.gif

Let's say that I copied all evox file to f:\apps\evox\

Then I shell insert the following line in config.xml (UnleashX)?
<Item Action="F:\apps\evox\evosdash.xbe">Evolution</Item>

Yeah, just throw that in there wherever you want it on the menu (I myself put it underneath the MS Dash item) and you'll be good to go.

I notice that the unleashX guide has TAG-attribute >>> Item action in config.xml. But some of my "Item action" are at items.xml! Please bear with me as I'm quite new to all this mod.
