Does anyone know the order the xbox hardware is tested in?

My xbox is currently flashing orange, which means bad trace or solder splash, after an attempt to change my eeprom when hideously wrong. Basically the tracks lifted and I have had to solder the eeprom in using wires to connect it. Whilst I will still have a close look at the 'installation' laugh.gif to see if there is anything obviously wrong, I don't want to spend hours on it only for the xbox to start fragging after I find the bad trace/solder splash.

Does the flashing orange mean the eeprom is working?

I didn't remove the fan, I did all the soldering with the board in the xbox.

Thanks, I'll double check the tracks to the fan though.
