Hey people Well I did all the soldering the motor switching the drive cutting in 2 places. Hooked it up at my house and everything worked great for however long I had had the drive on.

The weird thing is when no disc is in the drive on xbmc it defaults to audio cd.

Well now for some reason the software on the xbox only recognizes the games and audio cds and dvd cds for the first 30 seconds that the xbox is on.

Luckily pxhdd loader doesnt check for that so that software still works.

I tried replacing the parts of the wires tray in and tray out and m1 wires that I thought could have a short.

I didnt bother the eject wire since it seemed that, that one was working fine.

I have m1 hooked up to serdata.
Tray in to tray in the correct tray in!
Tray out hooked to tray out.

Eject hooked to tray out.

I know the tray in and out are not switched because Ive spent my research on the forums to make sure they were not switched.

I am pretty sure the drive cutting is accurate and perfect! Cause the drive still copies the games using pxhddloader. The drive runs perfectly in the pc with the 605 firmware.

So whats up with the wires not sending the xbox the right signal and how come the xbox doesnt get the signal after 30 seconds.

I am using 30 gage blue small wire from radio shack.

Anything else I have ever worked on my xbox, that I have used this wire on I have never had a problem.

Even when something got pushed on the wire.

This is a samsung 616F

original firmware that was on it was. F100\HPD

I have the wires wired straight to the yellow cable wires.
