Hey dudes i have a prob,
I went to a modder to change my 40 ig hd to 160. But somewhere with the locking, something went wrong. He said, that the first modder's backup files and eeprom was on my xbox and not mine, so he locked my new hd with his. Now i went down there and all he could do, was unlock my hd again, because my eeprom was on my pc. All i had to do was lock my hd again. I downloaded xboxhdm V1.9 and placed my eeprom in the linux/eeprom folder. I booted from the cd, took hd (re)building tools and typed lockhd -a. This is the error that returned;

Error: this drive doesnt support the ata security spec.

Detecting drive status...

Hd serial Number:
Hd model:
Security supported: NO
Security enabled: NO
Security locked: NO
Security frozen: NO
Security count expired: NO
Can i solve it, by typing instead of lockhd -a,
lockhd -p and then type in the lockcode myself ?
or do i have to rebuild my c drive too?

thx on advance
