Hi,

I have recently bought a Xbox V1.6 and would like to mod it with SmartXX chip and install Linux and Asterisk server on it. My idea is to make it a full PBX server, therefore I need to add PCI cards to the Xbox. As the Xbox provides a PCI bus, but no PCI slots, is there any way to build up something like a PCI bridge and connect it to the PCI bus? Then I would buy another Xbox case and put all the new PCI slots in it.
I would be really thankful for any advice, hints and solutions!

Henry

Notes: I know that there are some solutions to connect PCI cards externally, but those are priced about 1000$ and I am heading for a cheap solution. If there is no way, I have to use USB devices, but PCI would be much better!

A PCI slot would be awsome!
I could put maybe an old network card in it and add LEDs.
Maybe even a PCI window biggrin.gif beerchug.gif beerchug.gif beerchug.gif blink.gif

Sigh...I know that nothing I say can add to the hilarity of this post. Quoted for hilarity.
