i want to play the windows startup sound and then like right after play something else any tips?

No Tips, you cant !!

Only Dash or App I know that does such a thing is XBMC

surely you can save the sound, followed by the music you want as 1 mp3 and set ava to play mp3 on start up!

Ava plays a random file from my experience.

Yeah its more like a cycle from the folder, and it will keep replaying what is in the folder.
