Alright. I'm new to the xbox mod scene but I've learned a lot.

So far I have soldered in my own mod chip, installed everything including a new hdd and a bunch of stuff on it. So I decided to get adventurous. I decided to try to install LED's.

Originally i got them on my dongle and my controller then I went and made a halo mod.

Things were going well. I finally got it all lit up like I like and was going back to work on my controller when I noticed my lights turn off on my halo. Then a couple seconds later my xbox turned off and it was flashing orange. I figured it was just the cpu over heated and i'd unplug my xbox and try again in a couple minutes.

Well now my fan won't spin. Crap. It boots up fine and all that but it has no fan movement. I tested the fan on my friends xbox and it works so i'm really worried now. What the hell did I do to it? Did I take too much power and blow a fuse or something or is it much worse then that?

Please help me sad.gif

I wanted to add that for the halo mod I have it wired along with the fan. I figured it would have enough power to run both unsure.gif

Please help me.

Disconnect the Halo mod for the moment in case its sinking the Fan voltage. Check if the fan works then.

I don't know what you mean but I have the stock power supply for the 1.6 xbox.
