According to the news on team-xecuter.com:
http://www.teamxecut...article&sid=162

LBA48 Partition Modes:
This value is now taken from patched byte at offset 0x1b04

0 = Standard partitions
1 = F: gets all (Default)
2 = F: up to 137gb, G: gets rest
3 = F: up to 137gb, no G:
AutoDetect = Custom partions (Xbpartitioner Tool)

Now, in the download there is the lba48.txt file, and the self-admitted 'lame' lba48.exe tool. The txt file, as well as teh tool, do not seem to indicate the byte value for the autodetect option. Contents of the lba48.txt file:

lba48 partition modes:

0 = standard partitions
1 = F: gets all (Default)
2 = F: up to 137gb, G: gets rest
3 = F: up to 137gb, no G:

this value is now taken from patched byte at offset 0x1b04

-----------------------

Basically, I am currently running M8 because of its lba48 v2 support and the fact that I recently upgraded to the 400Gb Hitachi drive. Obviosuly I had to use XBpartioner and I set the F & G partitions to ~ 200Gb each. So I need to set the x2.502x BIOS to auto-detect custom partition, but do not know what value to patch in.

I'd love to get team xecuter bios back on the box, so this seems to be my only holdup right now.

TIA,
Kilroy

Well, I posted over at TX a few days ago. No response there either.
Guess I'll just have to stick with M8 until Team Xecuter gets their act together.
