This usually happens if there is an error in connecting. Try rebooting the dash/xbox and try again. This often happens if there is too many users connected to the xbox.

That's exactly what I thought, so I reset my xbox and set users limit to 20 and got the same thing.

Workd for XBMC, doesn't work for EvoX for me.

When I select the soundtracks in PGR2 it says the disk is dirty or damaged :-( They play fine in the MS dash...

Am I ok to go on LIVE after adding custom soundtracks using this method?

first i like to say nice work on updating this tool but there were some bugs i got:

if making a new folder for your songs, the first song doesn't work; i had made 2 folders and in both the first song didn't work

if i try to delete a song thats in the xbox, tool gives me a runtime error and closes

also i minor prob but for some songs, it would come up blank or would just show the artist name and nothing more.

Is there a way to do it manually ? Just find the right folder in the xbox, create a new folder and maybe edit some kind of text file or something ? Because that would actually be more easier at the time being.

Anyone ? And I really need to delete the empty directory which I created with this Soundtracker Editor 0.97 because if some of the games hangs up because of this. Never happend before I got into this mess.

Any pointer or/and help would be great and paid in gratitude smile.gif

Still gonna keep my eyes open for this project though.. Waiting in anticipation.

Hi, thx for the release, I get error runtime 9 with the 0.002 and I can't upload anything with the 0.001 : it converts the file but it doesn't upload it onto the xbox.
I cancelled the ST.DB and ripped 1 song with the MS dash, but nothing changed.
I'm using XP SP2 and the latest release of EvoX.
Hope this help you Xcell! smile.gif

carrico and Rustyk1 mine was doing this too, but i don't get the error if i manually set an encoding bitrate in the options.
i've tried 128kbps and 192kbps, which both encode and transfer to the xbox. they show up in the soundstrack but won't play. it seems to work at 256kbps though

winXp SP2
unleashX
static ip

I managed to delete a soundtrack (I got a lot of errors while doing it, it said I couldn't delete it, but it did). I then uploaded about 10 songs and it converted them and uploaded fine. One song doesn't work when I hit Play on Xbox though. Maybe it's because the filename is so long. It's the longest song name out of the 10. Awesome program, just keep working out all the bugs dude.

Seems to work fine for uploading music when in XBMC, however, the songs don't play in game. Every game I've tried gives a dirty disk error when switching to a soundtrack uploaded this way, can anyone help me?
