Would someone tell me how to determine the right disk that my xbox will use, without going broke buying evey type of DVD? My Xbox dvd drivie is made by Phillips. Is there way to determine this by the brand name? Is there a tutorial for this that I haven't found yet?

Thanks! wacko.gif

Any decent media should work, go to a computer store pick up a couple different types and try them out, it should only cost a few dollars.

That is a bit dramatic. DVD discs are very cheap now. buy one of each type as said. don't bother with real cheap crap though. Ritek G04 G05 are good.
Truth is nobody can say which are best for your box as every drive can behave differently. what works in one philips may not work in another identical drive
