I already installed this chip on another xbox (1.4) and no problems. I do have problems however, on a version 1.6 Crystal edition xbox. I install the chip with the plastic adapter and everything as usual, but i get no led's to light up. Is my chip fried?.. Or is there just something I'm not doing correctly? I've been at it for awhile now and just can't figure it out. If anybody knows the answer,.. it'd be very much appreciated over here.

Forgot to mention: All pogo pins seem top be lined up correctly. Do I need an extra wire for power or something?

You need a spice adapter for a 1.6 or you need to do the lpc rebuild.
