Have you set both subnet masks to 255.255.255.0 on both your pc and xbox?

Ok i'm not amazingly good with routers my experience is very limited, go to the FAQ forum and check the networking thread by mr robinson, that should help.

Ok to set up FTP so that you have to type in your IP each time just make your evox use DHCP by changing use static IP to No. Then in flash FXP type in the IP you see on the screen along with password and user, use port 21 and you should be good to go. I can't be bothered to explain how to set it up to use the same address each time, personally once in i would replace evox with unleash-x which is much easier to setup and troubleshoot.
