I uploaded the splash screens to rpgplanet. There are like 40 of them. Here is the download address. These are the loading screens that I use with my game converted to .dds format and resized.

The readme is in the zip file. Just follow the instructions in the readme and you should be ok. Remember I am not at fault if you screw this up. Back up the original splash screens.

The new screenshots are scenic screens like the ones that you can see here. (Scroll down the page about half way and look at the wallpapers that are scenic screenshots)

Good Luck!

Its really pretty easy to change them all you have to do is take your screenshots, resize them to be the same size as the original ones on the xbox, rename it to replace one of the already existing files and save it as a .dds file. You can do all that with photoshop.

could we make our own not a screen shot? also is there a way to change the load to something moving and not a bar because it takes a while to load and it freezes some times it would be easier to tell if it freezed are not if it was like a ball moving back and forth...

also what size does it have to be?

I believe the loading bar is hardcoded. You won't be able to change it. You can make the loading screen background any picture that you want though. You just have to resize it so that it is like the ones that are on the xbox. Then you have to save it in .dds format and then rename your pic to one of the names that are already there. Transfer to your box, overwriting the old pic and fire it up. There are like fifty of them. So if you only transfer a couple over it may take a while until you actually see one of yours.

1024 * 1024 pixels (height*width)

To make sure you can just transfer one of the original splash pics to your pc and check it in photoshop.

I like the picture. Looks pretty sharp. The backgrounds don't work throught the cache. The installation instructions are in the readme. Make sure you change that .jpg to a .dds.

First link in this thread has the MWSummit link. You shouls be able to get it from there. If the original author's reading this, would it be alright to upload it to Johnny-Evil?
