I put in the chip and when its off and the orginal hard drive is in... it boots with the mod off... So I guess I know I didnt blow up the Xbox. But for some reason when I turn the chip on it does nothing... I have a 2.6 CE... if anyone would be welling to talk to me on AIM it would help a ton and I could probably get this done right. Just IM me, my name is Malirk on AIM.

If it boots like normal, then it is a d0 problem

I was guessing maybe we didnt add enough solder in the holes or something to the pin header.... but you're saying that its the D0... we put some electrical tape right next to it so that it wouldnt touch other stuff... maybe that messed it up.... what exactly does the D0 point do? So if it is the D0 point, itll bot completely normal with the chip off but the chip wont boot?

The chip will boot but will not be able to do anything, you need to check the d0 again. You will know when the chip is working.
