In a chipmodded Xbox:
How much room do I need for the linux BIOS? Do I need any room?

In a softmodded XBox:
Can I use linux in a softmodded XBox? Can I still do everything I can do with a softmodded XBox? (change the HD, watch divx, play backups from the HD...)

About Xebian:
Why Xebian, can't I install debian? can I use apt-get in Xebian and install packages form debian?

Linux will run on any xbox that runs unsigned code. You don't need to use the linux bios.

Linux will work on softmodded xbox's. Softmodded xbox's can do anything a chipped xbox, things such as changing the hard drive are alittle harder on softmodded xbox's but are still very easy.

Xebian is debian, its just been ported to the xbox. You can find out more about xebian at Xbox-linux.
