What program do I use to FTP from xbox to xbox?

Okay my friend and I are using Xboxftp and it wont see the other box, we put in his IP 192.168.100.69 and the port as 21 usename and password xbox... is there another program we could use... couldnt it autorecongize his box... its the only thing connected in.

u are using a crossover cable right? it cant just be a regular ethernet cable. or theres a hub inbetween teh xboxes?
(xbox-> ethernet cable->hub/switch->ethernet cable ->xbox)

the easiest way i've found to do xbox to xbox transfers is use avalaunch. temporarily set ava as your dash and it has an option under networking for auto xbox to xbox setup, select it on both xboxes, reboot, and the other xbox should show up if you go to file manager and switch to remote.

So can I do it if one box has avalaunch... or do I need to have it on both?

You can also use FlashFXP, there was a tutorial somewhere. All you have to do is log on to one FTP site on the right column, and then another on the left and you can transfer between xboxs, it doesn't matter what they run as long as they both can use ftp.
