first you need to check your bios. see if you bios goes after evoxdash.xbe or unleashx.xbe in your c drive first. if it goes after evoxdash.xbe first, youll need to gain ftp acsess to your c drive, put the unleashx.xbe in there, then delete the evoxdash.xbe file.

this worked for me, but im pretty sure someone will recomend something different.

FTP the dash files on for the dash you want and the easy way then is to rename hte evoxdash.xbe to enozdash.xbe. Rename the dash you put on to evoxdash.xbe that way the new dash boots up and evox does not

Yep anything really that you can remember it as the old evoxdash. I would not delete it if it was me as you can always re-instate it if you feel the need

Hmm I thought it read quite clear.
Do not delete anything
Do not rename anything Xboxdash.
Add the unleashX files
Rename the unleashx.xbe (this probably is called default.xbe in the folder with the unleashx files) to evoxdash.xbe.
Rename the currect evoxdash.xbe to anything that you can remember later like enozdash.xbe.

If that didn't soak in...
Get to the directory that evo-x is in...
Dont delete anything...
Add Unleash X to that directory (not in some sub folder)...
Now rename the evoxdash.xbe to olddash.xbe (or any name you want)...
Now rename the unleashx.xbe to evoxdash.xbe...

If your evox XBE file is called something else other than evoxdash.xbe (for example hackdash.xbe), then the unleashx XBE file has to be renamed to be the exact same (hackdash.xbe)!

If that isn't plain english, then I need to take some classes. laugh.gif
