trainers are cheat codes (unlimited ammo, health, etc.) for Evox dashboard. look here

What he said, and you don't have to keep entering cheats. Using a trainer, cheats are enabled always.

is it possible for you to disable some of specific codes that i do not want on?

When your in EvoX and you select a game, it should bring up a list of the cheats, and you choose which ones to enable/disable

I have an new XBOX that has evox on it and notice it's stuffed with trainers (my old recently sold model onlt had avalaunch), when you play one of these games do the trainers automatically "kick in"?

All the trainers Ive tried that came with EvoX are enabled as soon as you start playing, you dont need to activate them in game. Some you can download force you to do button combos like click in the stick and use the d-pad.

I believe there should be a folder plainly labeled as Trainers, either in C:\ or where EvoX is
