huh.gif Hello,
I have the evo dash with latest software & bios. I have a 140 or so gig harddrive. I fill up the F:\games partition now I have 66 gigs left on my g:\ partition. I've loaded 2 games so far on the G: and when I reboot they do not come up in the menu to be selected to play. only all the games on the f:\. the ini file is set to enable both the F & G partitions. I tried the discs to make sure no bad or currupt files. they play fine...I can see the files when i use the HDbrowser menu. so I know there loaded. any help please? thx a million

P.S. I'm also using slayer's 2.6

I havent used evox in a while... but as far as i remember, you not only needed to enable G: drive, but to put the following code in evox.ini as well. Where it says:

CODE
Section "Games"
 {
  AutoAddItem "e:\games\"
  AutoAddItem "f:\games\"
  SortAll
 }

Add the line: AutoAddItem "g:\games\" so it looks like this

CODE

  Section "Games"
 {
  AutoAddItem "e:\games\"
  AutoAddItem "f:\games\"
  AutoAddItem "g:\games\"
  SortAll
 }

On another note...to avoid this, many just use a bios that handles a large f drive...eliminates the need for G. X2 bioses that have the .06 extention (ie: 4983.06) are for large F ... .67 extentions are for G: drive use.

hope this solves your problem smile.gif

Bullwinkle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that worked. I added the line
AutoAddItem "g:\games\"

like you said but I also added the line
AutoAddItem "g:\HDDLoader\" since the other partitions read as follows -

AutoAddItem "e:\games\"
AutoAddItem "e:\HDDLoader\"
AutoAddItem "f:\games\"
AutoAddItem "f:\HDDLoader\"
sort all

thx alot awesome I really appreciate the quick response...I'm good to go....
