Install ? On A Mb With Pcb Holes Not Filled

My friend just bought a new xbox, from the pics of the power connector, the 3 capaciters, and a few other things it looks to be a 1.1, manufacture data of dec. Anyways, he want's to order a matrix, but the pcb holes arent filled in with solder, they have holes there, and on the edge of the holes theres like silver rings. How hard is this gonna be to align compared to the matrix's hes modded with the pcb holes filled in.

woops I mean LPC, not PCB, damn, I just woke up so give me a break, hahaha.

well if there are holes alignment should be easier cause pogo pins should click rite on. if not i suggest solder the holes in...takes a minute to do all holes, then install as usual
