Soldering Emergency

ok im doing a tsop flash to a sharp tsop i have read the tutorial and understand the whole idea of twisting the two wires together ...my only problem is with the second wire its by r7r1 i cant for the life of solder the wire onto the pad its like frikan impossible...if anyone can tell me a solution to my problem it would be greatly appreciated i have been trying to solder this one point for about 2 hours now and its getting really frustrating!!!

tin your soldering iron with a little more than usual, then dab the tip to the point on the board. you should have a little bit of solder on your point now that will give you something to solder the wire to. put some electrical tape over your points after your done. beerchug.gif
