I am trying to back up my copies of The Sims and Major League Slugfest 2004 to my Xbox hdd and I have a couple of questions.

Backing up with the normal utilities, namely XBCopy, I encountered the problem that after the games appeared to have successfully copied, I tried playing them and they just reboot my machine.

I suspect this is because I need to change the media tags and I have heard that I have to hex edit the backups so that they can be properly played. I am curious how to do this and if there any programs that I can use to make this possible. I have tried to gather information about the methods involved in getting the newer games to play but I haven't seen any really clear source that says how to do it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mogwai

You can download a freeware hexeditor to do it manually, download Copyhaunters' or L!M!T's tool, or use ADR's tool here: http://www.adr-uk.co...p=getit&lid=272
