PC Stats logging program for XBOX Halo

My friends and I have xbox parties and also like to play online using Kai, and XBConnect. I was wondering if it would be a huge undertaking to log game stats on a PC so we could have actual ladders without XBL. I would love to keep track of overall headshots, hit %, who killed who how many times. If it is posible it could even be implemented into XBConnect and/or Kai.

I've taken a brief look at the packets in Halo when playing. I quickly noticed that the Xbox broadcasts UDP packets from 0.0.0.1 on port 3074. I haven't connected two Xboxes on my lan yet to do some controlled testing of action and result but that will come next. I just wanted to see what other's thought about this. I've searched the net and found very little in relation to Halo packets and protocol.

Useful links greatly appreciated!
