On Halo 2 is says I am permanatly suspened from MM. So I was wondering, is this linked to my GT or my EEPROM/HD?

They banned your eeprom and they flagged your Gamertag.
Stop cheating and you won't get banned.

*I hate cheaters*

I never cheated and you do not have proof I did. I did a Custom Game and one of my friends used a new map. Sadly though I forgot that the new map I had modded it so I left once the game began. But didn't do muc good :/

You have a hacked map on you xbox... and apparently you still have it on there which explains why you were banned. If I were to help you get unbanned, you would probably just cheat again anyway.

Sorry, I'm not gonna help on this one.

*sigh* I do not cheat, I despise cheaters. Having hacked content on my Xbox doesn't mean I cheat. A lot of people have hacked content and they do not use it for cheating. I use it t do things you normally can't do on Halo. If you refuse to help me because you believe I cheated, ok than thats alright. I simply asked the question to know what was banned. Thanks for atleast telling me my EEPROM and GT was banned. If you truly think I cheat look up my GT on the stats. Its the same as my username except with a space in the middle. My stats are quite poor so I doubt I will cheat. Besides I see no use in cheating. The levels are meaningless to me. I just like MM cause it fun to be challenged. Anyways if anyone wouldn't mind help me, I would be grateful.

eeprom and HD are banned and GT is flagged in a usual Live modified xbox ban, im not sure if the same applies to MM suspensions

if you can try to get a friend with Live who doesnt play H2 (if such a person exists) and try with his GT (that way if his GT gets banned from MM it wont matter sinc ehe doesnt play H2)

Just re-read the posts.

Your eeprom & hard drive were not banned from XBL. Your eeprom, Hard Drive, and Gamertag are all still valid, but your Gamertag was banned from Matchmaking in Halo 2.

You can still play Custom games on Halo 2 and you still can play any other game over the Xbox Live Service without any problems.

I'm betting that if you move your gamertag to another xbox, you'll still be banned from matchmaking. So basically, if you want to keep playing matchmaking in h2, you're screwed unless you purchase a new XBL subscription.

Have a nice day.... biggrin.gif

Your eeprom and hard drive are fine.

Bungie only bans people from Matchmaking on Halo 2.
They can't ban you from Xbox Live Service.
