Best advice: Take your time. Plan your cuts, score the plexi, and cut with a dremel.

Good luck.

Cut on first or second speed with the strong discs. If you need more help than that you prolly shouldn't use anything that could slice off your fingers.

*Edit* .. wait wait you said box cutter. Put down the sharp objects and have someone else do it for you. For god's sakes if you do cut it, brace the material, use both hands and don't get your body or face close to the dremel.

Phonics!!!

Caps lock!

I still reccomend that you use lexan. Youre dremel will cut through it easier, and it wont splinter, or crack.

I agree, get a jigsaw. There cheap (especially at pawn shops) and very useful,
but you didn't listen to me the first time so why would you now?

Do what you think will work until you get pissed off enough to try it.

how thick is your plexi?
post pics of what it looks like.
post pics of what tool you using.

dremels has a tool to cut plastic
use a damn exacto knife. its sharper.
if u need it, heat up the plexi with a heat gun.

ask the people at lowes ot homedepot what they reccomend.

use c-clamps to keep it locked down the the desk.
