Pacman originaly debuted on Arcade machines. Conversions for homeconsoles were made later, the NES among them.

^ hes right, its been on pretty much every console since its crappy atari debut... but pacman is namco, not atari as many kids now think...

In the midde/late 1980's a had a portable Pac man console. It was about the same size as a paperback book with controls on either end for two players. If anyone can find a pic I would be greatfull.

Ahh lovely Pacman. It was a great game and still is. I am only 17 but have been in love with it since I can remember. Good times guys..... Good times

I have a few actual pac man arcade machines and a few ms. pac man machines and a super pac man machine, and a broken baby pac pinbal / video game hybrid!! My favorite game since 81' !!! But I prefer Ms. Pac to be honest especially with the speed upgrade.... wonka wonka wonka.....................................c........c........................c.....m....

Ah, Pac-Man 2. I spent many a late night playing that game under the covers. And they wondered why I slept through class! smile.gif I hated it when portable games switched to LCD screens. It was too hard to try and juggle a game and a flashlight, heh.
