I have used many different extraction tools and software on a lot of different ISOs but I always get a corrupt message or error. I would like to know if it is possible to some how just upload the ISO to my Xbox and play it from there or if there is some way I can trick the box into thinking it was a game-dvd. I do not have a dvd burner. I'm sure it is not possible to play an ISO on an Xbox and if it isn't any other tips would be great. Thankyou.

What do u use to extract the .iso??

I use C-box Tool, works a treat with no probs.

But I know what you mean, I wish it would load the image & play that without having to extract it.

Use DVD2XBOX to load the original game straight onto the XBox.
If you don't have it and this is what it looks like hard luck.
FTPing a game to back up from your Xbox does not leave you with an ISO.

did it ever occur to you your getting the corrupt error because the ISO is corrupt? and, folowing that reasoning, how would it work off the xbox HD if its corrupt?

furthermore, why would you even bother to make an ISO if you dont have a dvd burner?

just re-rip your original using dvd2xbox like chancer said
