Is it possible to put the 2 gigs of my F drive onto my E drive? As in getting rid of the F drive and the E drive gets the space (2 gigs).

No. C E X Y and Z are a default size set by M$, F and G are the only variables and they are still restricted in what you can do.

While Itchy is correct for most purposes, last time I poked around with XBPartitioner you can indeed change the sizes, but you do NOT want to change the size of any "standard" partition, such a C: or E:

Hell will break loose. If possible, go and get a slightly larger drive or whatever you can afford (you can get a 60GB drive for, what, like 30 USD shipped...)
