I just picked up a linksys befsr41 v.3 cable router at a garage sale for 50 cents.

sadly it didn't come with the cd (I can't find the drivers anywhere online.. anyone know anywhere?) but I am getting online with it.

If I get it running, will I be able to download kai onto so I can run from my xbox?

You obviously didn't search hard enough... I just went to the manufacturer's website and found it within about 1 minute. Click Here

That link isn't working for me. I went to linksys.com when I got it.. the download section didn't have drivers available.. only firmware updates.

the kaistation firmware will NOT work on this router .. kai will work just fine running on your pc but only the Linksys WRT router family has the ability to run kaistation (kai on the router) ..
