Hi, this is strictly for whom are intersted in DAW and in making music with a PC.

I managed to run a linux PC and install FXTeleport, an app which uses LAN-connected PC's to have extra horse power while using lots of VST virtual intruments/effects which, in this case, are teleported on the slave PC (details @ http://www.fx-max.com/fxt/).

Making music whithin a PC is fun but is easy to run out of CPU power soon and then you need or a faster PC or, if yours is already the state-of-the-art, an extra PC.

My thought is to use a softmodded linux xbox to run this FXTeleport in ordeer to have acce to 1 or more 733mhz xbox PC for less than 100 bucks each.

I managed to have fxteleport running underl linux and wine and now I'll try to see if it'll work on the xbox also.

Anybody interested?
