If I have a LCD HD-Ready TV that is 1366x768 resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio, will it play normally under 720p and 1080i or just 720p or either at all, because its compatible with both, and also it has a 3,000:1 contrast ratio, is this bad? In other words, will it play fine with the 360 playing through component cables?

I've reported this for a bump. It should be moved to one of the Xbox360 forums. Your question should be answered much better there than here.

You will have no problems with either 720p or 1080i through component cables with this TV.
