Liking this more and more every day...

I'd still get it just for Q2, but part 4 is looking more decent the more I see of it. Having some doom 3 elements is a plus in my book.

i have it for pc.... its okay but i would rent it first. not much to it but killing aliens, in fact you barely have to let your finger off the trigger


fun for a while but it gets boring, i never played multiplayer tho, so maybe thats better

Thats why most will be getting it. Live DM and CTF. Im getting it just for quake 2, so if part 4 is decent, thats just icing on the cake tongue.gif

from the vid review it looked like the guy was right and some of the levels shown looked like better looking Quake 3 maps. not really a bad thing i guess, depending on the player limit in the multiplayer department.

this game looks to have great atmosphere, in Doom 3 all you really did was shoot monsters but i thought taht game was a blast. with games that dont rely too much on AI and deep gameplay they tend to go for the atmosphere aproach and games like Doom 3 (and probably Quake 4) succeeded in that respect.
