Ok I have nba Live 06. It is really scratched up so i wanna backup.

Anyways I have copied other of my games fine. except this game I can copy all the fiels except for one. If i put the game in it works great. But i cannot copy it.

I have tried copying the game by:

transfering the files via ftp.
Craxtion
and the dvd2xbox aplication.

I need this file so i can copy the game successfully.

What should i do. again all my other games copy fine except this one.

Since the game is scratched up, that's probably the reason why you can't access that one file from the disc. The original will play as long as the game doesn't need that particular file at the moment. Your best bet is to get one of those dvd-repair kits and re-face the disc. Hopefully, that will salvage the original.

I dont think the disk is bad/the file is corrup because its scratched up because the disk works like new. if i skip that file it says that the disk is corrupt so i think its not the disk... is the file in use?
