OK Does it matter if I have a chipped box with x2 bios running on it. Does x kai link care about that or not. Will it affect my Xbox live also if I use X kai link with my x2 bios. I'm just asking if you will get banned or if it will do anything if you run x kai link with modded bios and if it doesn't matter will it affect my xbl account at all. Thanks

1.8 Do I need a modified console to use Kai?
Certainly not. Some other tunnelling services will shun you out if you mention the word modification - we won't. However, we do have a strict-policy on anything piracy related (see: 1.10 Why can I not log in to XLink Kai / the website / the forums?). You are welcome to use XLink Kai on your console, regardless of what you have done to it.

For users with modified XBoxes, we also offer you the opportunity to use your favourite homebrew XBox dashboard alternative (eg. XBox Media Center, Avalaunch etc) to control XLink Kai right from your very own TV using your controller! For many users familiar with the previous Bo-XLink application Team XLink created, this is what you've been waiting for. To find out more on which XBox homebrew applications are currently supporting XLink Kai functionality, visit the downloads page...

No, we don't mind how you play your games at all.

If I'm reading correctly between the lines that you wonder if you can play games downloaded from the net the answer is yes indeed for this as well.

I have games and backups on my hdd but I don't like to play them off the dvd for two reasons. They are more prone to get scratched and ruined and my dvd play won't wear out as fast this way.
