I am trying to update my version of dvd2xbox. I got to the directory where it is contained deleted the old files and tried to upload the new. Everything is sending except the Skins folder stuff. Any reason why this would be? Most of the extentions are xmls. Do i need to put the skins somewhere else?

If you're installing from disc, you might want to try FTP instead. Transferring files from disc is kinda iffy at times, and it -never- works when installing XBMC. Also, make sure you're not trying to use dvd2xbox as an FTP server while you're upgrading, since that might not work too well.
