Am I supposed to disconnect the yelow wire from the controllers board? Thanks

inside the controller or in the box

in the controller u r supposed to get a push button solder on wire to the pin for the yellow wire and the other for the ground but no u r not supposed to remove the wire in the controller wink.gif

yeah you need to take it out of the wire harness and add a wire to it so it will reach the power/eject harness. Also i did one in a controller just to have the cord split in two. Because of that i only do power buttons in memory cards(if your controller s*!ts out you dont have to redo it).Either way you need to move the yellow wire.
