I recently modded my Xbox, but already had an existing XBL account with my stock HD. can I use an Xtender to simply switch to that drive when I need to use it for XBL? Or does it require a modchip to be on to function?

as long as both hard disks are locked to your mobos eeprom then there wont be a problem as its just a switch

So, does the Xbox still read the other drive (the one that hasn't been switched to)? I can lock the drive I have in it now, I just wanted to be able to use the other without the need to open my Xbox and change the drives every time I wanted to use XBL (due to the whole marriage theory).
