Plus it won't flash my TSOP that I flashed with M7 awhile ago, what can I do to get it to boot?

Oh, also, what BIOS do I copy from the disk (In FlashFXP) for a non-1.6 box?

Either bad media (use CR-RW or better yet, DVD-R), or your buring it wrong (say, burning the image file to a data disc rather than burning it as an image)...

Check the manual at slayer.xbox-scene.com for Nero burning instructions, or better yet use DVDDecrypter or ImgBurn to do it.

No, what did I JUST say, I can read it with my box (not usual.) but it won't boot directly FROM the disk. it's a cd-rw, the last one, I may add, that I have. I have a thompson drive, might that be a [rpblem?

But I only have three, and I need to put backups of games on them, isn't there a way to make a multiboot disk? if so, couldn't I make the disk boot to a screen that had GTA3 and Half-Life 2 AND Slayers?
