Is it possible to start the xbox without a DVD Drive (only the Harddisk)???

I have a 120 GB HDD in my Xbox and it is connected with my PC. So I will make a box without any DVD Drive (lot smaller).

At the back of the "SBox" is a IDE Cable to connect a DVD Drive if I need one.

So my question, is this possible???

I think the x2 bios supports that.

If you're just useing the x2 chip (not sure if you mean 2 or 1).. but with the x2, you can't just boot it with the original bios.. if you use xbtool it has a dvd check option you can uncheck, that should be it
