Failed Transfer

i'm still trying to install xbmc (6 days now grr.gif ) and when i'm trying to ftp file across from my lapton to my box i'm getting failed transfer, with flash fxp& filezilla......

i'm so close to picking a pickaxe throught the lot of it

more info definatly needed

whats your network set up?

can you ping your xbox?

what FTP client are you using?

can your FTP client hold a connection too your xbox?

what firewall are you running?

are you using a crossover cable? are you connecting thru a hub?

right it got it to work......all if the XBMC file have sent (i was using a straight through hub & flash fxp)

but now i've got another problem.....my xbox has booted up to msdash instead of the xbmc dash....my fault in all the rush i forgot to lead with the xbmc........

now how do i get back into x3 config live to change it??

come on guys i'm nearly there.........i hope biggrin.gif
