No Cat5 Plug In Computer?

ok, i have a crossover cable, and plugged it into my box, and then tried to run it into my computer...only to find out there's no plug for it to go into...any othr ways to get DVD2XBOX on the xbox? can i put the rar file on the AR i have and save it on the xbox like that? ph34r.gif

and i know i can use a hub, but i ripped that apart before i started doing this, not realizing i may need it one day cussing.gif ...any other ways of doing this.... torch.gif

my parts
--broked hub
--oooo, phone cord....
--no soldering skills, can try it tho...
--and a CAT5 cable for a few more hours...

well without a NIC in your computer you wouldnt be able to use a hub either

just go buy a NIC or a USB-Ethernet adaptor, shouldnt cost you more than 15 or 20 dolalrs

I have the same issue. Although..a USB-ethernet adapter....I am hoping this does not involve owning a netowrk card?

If you have a usb ethernet adapter all you need is a usb port to plug it in to..
