All I did was copy the files over ftp to the xbox's C drive.
They are as follows:

Bios (folder)
Skin (folder)
evox.ini (file)
xboxdash.xbe (file)

then reboot it. The evox.ini file is what the menu.ini was to the old evox. So you do all your menu editing through that & you can delete the menu.ini file.

Once you reboot & try to connect via ftp you have to use a username & password. The default is xbox:xbox. Its one of the new features they added.

Piss easy!

I just renamed the default.xbe to xboxdash.xbe and copied the 2 files across to my xbox and it worked fine.
I deleted my menu.ini file and copied the evox.ini file and all is well laugh.gif

once you reste in order to connect the old way you need to chage the setting on the xbox to static and use xbox:xbox as username asnd password
