I have just recenlty read in an xbox magazine article that in the near final build they had up to 800 zombies on screen in some areas. this game looks freeking sweet. Should be coming out on 8/8

yeah, thats about right. the draw distance is pretty good in this game, you can see dem zombies from a ways away.

And the only lag I have experienced is in North Plaza, outside the grocery store on top of all those rampsies and contruction whatevers. This is the best game on 360 easy, for me at least.

The final REAL battle on the tank had some very slow FPS at times.. Though it looked like slowmotion then frame skipping.
